Its little bit smaller than my expectation,, I usually wear 44.5 but I recommend you by 0.5 larger than what you usually wear. I use it for running and I have back pain when I ran on a hard surface but with shoes I never feel pain in my back or knee. I totally recommend this for people who run on daily bases. Great basketball shoes. These hold up to general athletic activities, but really hold their own when doing general upright activities like basketball or just walking around.The only issue that I have with them is that when kneeling down or doing something that requires the toes to be bent sharply the front of the shoe folds in pretty sharply making it a little uncomfortable after a couple of minutes.But generally speaking I really like these shoes.
